Microsoft Online Services Beta trial Successful

Piran have successfully tested and deployed the beta version of the Enterprise version of office 365.

The enterprise version is significantly more complex than the basic version and involved a significant investment of time and expertise.  Working with Microsoft engineers we were able to isolate several key bugs and fully test/deploy all significant features.  These include:

• federated services (active directory integration)
• Single-Sign-On (use of active directory passwords)
• Rich coexistance and Exchange federation (the ability to integrate on-site exchange systems natively with online systems - ie right click move to-and-from the cloud).
• Complex Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE)

This significant milestone allows us to provide expertise in more complex deployment requirements of larger organisations.
