Backing Youth Employment

We have a long term commitment to help tackle youth unemployment by investing in vocational apprenticeships for both technical, financial and customer services roles within our company.

We believe this is the best way to pass on our skills and expertise and develop a solid foundation for the future of the local and national economy.

In addition we work closely with the local schools and colleges to offer work experience sessions for students aged fifteen to nineteen years to supplement formal education with real life experiences.
