We have a number of different support contracts and agreements. You can arrange a total cover agreement linked to hardware or pay-as-you-go if interested in saving money.
- Total cover is inherently more expensive as it is a premium service covering specific named equipment. It requires an in depth audit and we set requirements that allow us to guarantee the ongoing stability of your business.
- Pay-as-you-go involves purchasing blocks of hours at a discounted rate. You use the time as you want either on support or projects. All time is tracked in our CRM system and available for audit.
Either system is monitored by our internal Microsoft Dynamics©CRM which has additional benefits:
- Service level - we set a response time for all calls.
- Loan hardware - we keep emergency use hardware for you to use in case of disaster.
- Raise support incidents 24/7/365 using our online web portal.
- Check the status online as incidents are updated and resolved.
- Review all past incidents for your organisation and time involved per incident allowing you to see problem points.
