Australian VOIP network live
22.10.07 Age: 1 yrsWe have just performed a complete deployment of network and VOIP infrastructure in Australia including sourcing all the kit and sending out our own Cisco Level 2 engineers to perform the installation. The culmination of this work involved configuration of the site-to-site sip trunking link between uk and australia.
This latest project involved complete setup of a site for one of our clients in Australia including planning, deploying and installing a completely configuring from scratch a cisco based network incorporating VOIP phonesystem and sip trunking allowing for free encrypted phone calls between australia and uk offices.
Despite some holdups (5 days) by customs in Australia our engineers managed to work the extra hours required to get the whole system up and running by the deadline. At that point the network was up and running and calls passing with excellent quality between the uk and australia.
Our clients were very happy and have agreed to go ahead as a case study which will be on this site soon, with further details of their extensive end-to-end Cisco network which we fully support and manage.
