Emergency? Call Pirantech
23.06.06 Age: 3 yrsLondon-based company, Greenlight Marketing suffers water damage – but up and running in 2 days.
London-based search engine marketing company Greenlight recently experienced every office manager’s worst nightmare. After a relaxing weekend, the team arrived at work on Monday morning to find their office virtually unusable. A broken boiler on the top floor of 20 Old St had burst, flooding each floor in the 5 story building.
Every electrical system was down: from the phones to the power, none of the offices in the building had communications or electricity. Greenlight’s team swung into action to set up alternative methods of taking care of daily business: for example, routing incoming calls through a central mobile phone number so valuable client or prospect calls could be handled and redirected accordingly. One of the first calls they made was to Pirantech. We were able to supply, deliver and install replacement systems within two days. By Wednesday, Greenlight’s network was up and running withbrand new systems and crucial data was in the process of being restored, so business could carry on as usual on premise... “Pirantech delivered on its promise to restore our connectivity as quickly as possible. There’s always the chance that one’s offices can experience a natural or manmade disaster, so it’s one less thing to worry about knowing you have such a reliable and fast-working provider of crucial office technology working for you, “ said Chris Dunn, Project Manager, Greenlight.
