his month for Piran Technologies – the South West’s premier ICT business consultancy, have been awarded with ISO9001:2000 by BSI (British Standards Institution).
ISO9001:2000 is an internationally recognised standard awarded in recognition of a company’s commitment to, and adoption of, Quality Management Systems. It helps to provide a framework whereby all aspects of its business processes are identifiable, monitored and continually improved.
“We’re really glad to have this in place at this stage of our company growth as it provides us with a good basis from which to develop. All staff and company departments now have clearly defined roles and operational procedures which we are able to easily monitor and improve or adapt as we progress over the coming years,” says Mark Wright, Managing Director of Piran Technologies. “It is also in line with our policy of providing the best possible service to our clients, and should give further reassurance of our commitment to Quality technical support and consultancy.”
This award is the latest in a string of accolades including a Microsoft Gold Partnership and the prestigious Cisco Premier Partnership that backs the companies ambition to provide high quality technical services to businesses in Devon, Cornwall and the South West.
